Shipping Times
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: order verification, quality inspection and packaging. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but may occasionally take longer due to delays.
Will All My Items Arrive Together?
We ship out each individual item as soon as they are available. While this improves the speed of delivery, it means that you will not get your entire order at once. If you order multiple items, some items may arrive earlier than the others.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to over 200+ countries all over the world. Please make sure you enter your shipping address in English, so there are no errors in shipping logistics.
